| 👚 | For the sanctity of the sadhana space, all participants must wear red upper clothing. Alternatively, you may choose to drape a red shawl over yourself. Red-colored clothing is encouraged to support the vibration of the practice choose simple and comfortable Indian attire that respectfully covers the shoulders, midriff, and knees. |
| 🩸 | Women may continue this sadhana during their menstrual cycle without any restrictions. |
| 🪷 | This sadhana is open to all seekers and does not require any formal Guru initiation or permission. |
